Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between bexch (referred to herein as "bexch", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with or otherwise uses the bexch platform available at https://bexch.cam.

bexch is an internationally operated online betting and gaming information platform. The platform is designed to serve English-language users, including players in Pakistan. It provides access to sports betting, live casino and slot gaming services, subject to operator availability and applicable terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bexch. By using the platform in any capacity — whether browsing content, creating an account or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you unconditionally accept them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To open an Account and use the bexch Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. bexch strictly prohibits access by minors and will close accounts found to be held by underage individuals.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or acting on behalf of any person located in, a Restricted Territory. It is your responsibility to confirm that using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• One Account Per Person: Each natural person may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts or accounts opened on behalf of others are strictly prohibited.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be aware of any problem gambling issue that would make it inappropriate for you to use the Platform. Self-excluded individuals must not attempt to register or access the Platform.
• Not a bexch Employee: Employees, officers, directors, contractors and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or place wagers through the Platform.

Registration & Account Verification

To access the full features of the bexch Platform, Users must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting a registration, you represent that all information provided is true, current and complete.

• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bexch will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• KYC Verification: bexch reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing AML/KYC compliance. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC), proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership.
• Verification Delays: Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in temporary restrictions on your Account, including the suspension of withdrawal processing.
• Notification of Changes: You must promptly notify bexch of any change to the information associated with your Account. Failure to keep account details current may result in service disruptions.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to a bexch Account must be funded from a payment method that is legally owned and operated by the registered Account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.

• Available Methods: Accepted deposit methods are listed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Methods and availability are subject to change without advance notice. Always verify current options before initiating a transfer.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Applicable minimums are displayed in the cashier. Deposits below the stated minimum may not be credited.
• PKR / Currency: Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) deposits are supported, amounts will be displayed and processed in PKR. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on the payment provider used.
• Payment References: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on this Platform as familiar Pakistan payment names only. None of these institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling. Their availability for use on bexch is subject to each provider's own policies and applicable law.
• Declined Deposits: bexch is not responsible for deposits declined by your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment processor. Contact the payment provider directly for declined transaction queries.
• Deposit Verification: bexch reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting funds to an Account, particularly for large amounts or first-time deposits from a new payment method.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a bexch Account are subject to the following conditions. bexch processes withdrawal requests in accordance with internal procedures and applicable compliance requirements. No specific processing time is guaranteed.

• Identity Match: Withdrawal payment details must match the identity and payment method information on file with your Account. Payments to third parties are not permitted.
• KYC Requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Submitting verification documents early is strongly recommended to avoid delays.
• Bonus Conditions: If your Account holds an active bonus, applicable wagering requirements must be met before the associated balance can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an unsatisfied wagering requirement may result in the bonus being voided.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies per payment method. The applicable minimum is displayed in the cashier at the time of submission.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected, your verification status and bexch's internal review process. No guaranteed turnaround time is stated here.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction, per day or per week may apply. Current limits are available in the cashier section.
• Right of Review: bexch reserves the right to review any withdrawal request before processing. Suspicious transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence in accordance with AML policy.

Bonuses & Promotions

bexch may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, loyalty rewards and other incentive programmes to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Eligibility: Each promotion will specify its own eligibility requirements, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games or sports markets, and geographic restrictions. Eligibility must be satisfied at the time the promotion is claimed.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a specified multiplier that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and contributing game weightings are stated in individual promotion terms.
• One Offer Per User: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available once per User, per household address, per device and per payment method.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and wagering requirements expire after a specified period, stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse & Exploitation: Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies or coordinated betting — constitutes a breach of these Terms. bexch reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from abusive activity.
• Right to Amend: bexch reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, Users will be given reasonable notice where practicable.

Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the bexch Platform. Specific sport and market rules may supplement these general rules and are available within the sportsbook.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bexch. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is issued. bexch reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement and confirmation are the odds applied to the wager.
• Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds — including pricing errors resulting from technical faults or data provider failures — bexch reserves the right to void affected bets at the pre-error market price.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the completion point specified in the relevant market rules, bets on that event may be voided and stakes returned, unless results have already been determined per market rules.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: Specific rules apply to Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournament and domestic cricket markets, including rules relating to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results, super over outcomes and match abandonment. Full market rules are available in the sportsbook.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the sportsbook terms.

Casino & Games

Casino games and slot titles available on bexch are provided by third-party game developers and studios. bexch acts as the operator platform through which those games are made available. The following rules apply to all casino activity.

• Return to Player (RTP): RTP percentages displayed on the Platform are example figures or theoretical averages provided by game suppliers. Actual results in any individual session may vary materially from stated RTP figures. No specific payout outcome is guaranteed.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error or software fault — bexch will use reasonable efforts to restore the session. Where a session cannot be restored, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Game Rules: Each game title is governed by its own in-game rules, published within the game interface. Users are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before wagering.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time and subject to real-time dealing decisions. Once a bet is placed and the round begins, it cannot be cancelled.
• Game Availability: Game availability may vary based on your location, applicable law and operator configuration. bexch cannot guarantee continuous availability of any specific title.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bexch Platform. Breach of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Opening more than one Account, or opening an Account using another person's identity or payment method.
• Using the Platform from a Restricted Territory or in breach of applicable local law.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, or employing strategies designed to exploit promotional structures.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated software (bots, scripts, AI agents) to interact with the Platform.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other use of the Platform for unlawful financial activity.
• Placing bets on events on which the outcome is known in advance due to inside information or corrupt arrangements.
• Facilitating access by minors to the Platform, including sharing login credentials with underage individuals.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward bexch staff or other users.

Account Suspension & Closure

bexch reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, for any of the following reasons or for other reasons determined at bexch's reasonable discretion:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• Suspected breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity, or activity that triggers AML/fraud risk flags.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in the operator's current dormancy policy.
• A valid self-exclusion request received from the Account holder.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate Account restriction in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure, any eligible remaining balance (net of any bonuses forfeited under these Terms) will be returned to the Account holder through the primary verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and applicable compliance checks.

Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting bexch support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gambling

bexch is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Users with the tools to maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling must remain entertainment and must never be used as a financial strategy or a method of recovering losses.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within the Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase may be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been active for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to restrict or stop their gambling activity may activate self-exclusion through Account settings or by contacting bexch support. Self-exclusion periods and conditions are set out in the Responsible Gambling policy.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders may appear during extended play sessions to keep Users informed of their session duration and activity level.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary cooling-off period of a specified duration during which Account access is restricted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bexch excludes all liability to Users for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered through it.
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in odds, game results or platform data, except where such errors result from bexch's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Any loss or damage resulting from interruption, suspension or termination of service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, third-party provider issues or events outside bexch's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
• Losses arising from your decision to use the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bexch Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, source code, game content and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bexch or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without bexch's prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of bexch's intellectual property — including scraping, data extraction, systematic copying or any form of automated content harvesting — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bexch holds its operating licence. The applicable licensing jurisdiction is set out in the operator's official regulatory documentation, which is available upon request.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bexch reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bexch will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform, updating the "Last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page, or by direct communication to registered Users where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

bexch recommends that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current Platform rules. Versions prior to the current effective date are archived and available upon written request.
